Anshu kataria: - A journey from Govt College Lecturer to Aryans
Group Chairman
Though the career of Anshu kataria was started in his 9th standard
only where he has to work at chemist shop for 150/- pm. To continue
his job and studies he had to join evening school of muktsar.
But today he has establish his own 3 colleges and 4 colleges
are in pipeline.
Mr.Anshu kataria is name of a personality which needs not any
introduction. With his hard work and determination he has earned
that position which a normal man cannot even think of such great
success. Anshu kataria is now Chairman of Aryans group a fast
emerging chain of Business schools in Punjab. This is result
of his efforts that today Aryans business school is being considered
as one of the best business schools of Punjab and that too in
just less then one year
Born on 1st January 1976 in Muktsar, reaching at this level
was not an easy task for Anshu kataria. He did his primary education
from various schools of Muktsar, fazilka, Jalalabad. But due
to poor financial conditions he had to leave the school in 9th
only. But he never left hope completed his studies. He joined
part time job for Rs 150 per month and started studying in the
evening school of Govt Senior Secondary school, Muktsar. Morning
he uses to work at some chemist shop and evening he uses to
attend school to completed his 10+2. Similarly he completed
his B.Com from Govt college muktsar while working at one cement
shop where he never hesitated in even loading/unloading cement
bags also.
He was having desire to do his Masters in Commerce from University
Business School (UBS), Panjab University, Chandigarh. His 32nd
rank in Punjab could not help him in getting easy entry in UBS.
Entry in UBS was one and arranging money for 2 years study expenses
was another problem. It took 4-5 weeks anshu to overcome both
of these problems. Struggle during this period created a desire
in his mind to set up his own business school one day.
After his Masters from UBS, Anshu started his career as commerce
lecturer in Government College Muktsar. He also worked in Guru
Nanak college Moga, Desh Bhagat Group, Punjab Today News Channel,
C.T.Group, SVIET, Ind Swift etc. at various positions including
TV Journalist, Administrator, Director, CEO etc. his employers
including Dr.Zora Singh, Manmohan Garg, Charanjit Channi, Dr.Gopal
Munjal etc. always guided him in right direction.
During this journey of college lecturer to college chairman,
his father prof. D.C. kataria renowned UGC NET expert, his mother
Mrs.Rajni kataria, who was also teacher and his wife Parveen
kataria, a doctorate and gold medalist of UBS he played very
important role. They always stood with him during his hard time.
Anshu is very dynamic, daring, dedicated, enterprising by his
nature. after fighting long for his career, now he has establish
his own Aryans group which is running 2 business schools and
undergraduate college at village Nepra, Chandigarh-Rajpura road.
He has become first to get Letter of Intent (LoI) for Women
business school of region from AICTE. He is planning to establish
3 more business school coming session. With the visit of renowned
management expert including Dr. Rajinder Gupta (Kellogg, USA),
Dr. Manoj Anand (IIM, Lucknow), Prof. D.K. Banwet (IIT Delhi),
Prof. J.C. Kapur (IIM, Calcutta), Prof. G.P.Rao (IIM Calcutta),Prof
Ravinder Kumar,(LIMA, London) in his campus in last 6 months,
ABS is going to touch new heights in years to come.
Aryans Business School: - a B- School by B- School
alumnus
Aryans Group has emerged as one of the fastest growing chain
of B- schools. The group started 3 Colleges namely Aryans Business
School (ABS), Aryans School of Management (ASM), Aryans Institute
of Management & Technology (AIMT) in academic session 2007-08
and many more colleges are coming up in the future . The group
is running MBA, Executive-MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Sc (IT) courses.
All courses are Approved/Affiliated with concerned council/university

Aryans Group is committed to give 100% placement assistance

Systems Inc. In the job fest being organized recently by the
company at ABS, the highest international package of the region,
i.e. Rs. 36 lakhs p.a. was offered to the 20 selected students.
The group also provides international exposure to its students
through various tie-ups. The students of ABS, after completing
MBA, can settle in Europe through London School of Management
education (LSME), London. The group is going international for
its new courses. Already, the group has tied up with the organizations
of Nepal and talks for the same are in the pipeline with Sri
